The shopping of foreign investors on the Italian real estate market continues, not looking for cheap post-Covid bargains, but for iconic and valuable assets to keep in medium and long-term properties.
This is the case of one of the last transactions signed this week, relating to the portfolio of properties with a value of 112 million euros located in the area of ​​Piazza San Babila in Milan. The San Babila portfolio, which contains various properties including via Durini 15, Galleria Strasburgo 2 and Corso Europa 18 and 20 for a Gla greater than 16,000 square meters, then passes to the joint venture between Maston – in role of operating partner – and JP Morgan. Maston has already managed with Henderson Park the acquisition – at the beginning of February 2022 – of the real estate package put up for sale by A2A for over 221 million euros. Several sellers of the properties of the San Babila package including Kryalos, Coima and some private individuals.
